My job allowed this for one of my coworkers who didn’t have child care. They stopped it right after the baby turned 2 because my coworker wasn’t doing any work, would leave the baby with whoever to take her lunch break, and the baby was running through the office screaming and tearing down stuff. I thought it was amazing that they allowed her to.

My job allows me to leave work and pick up my daughter from school afterschool and I get to bring her to work the last 2 hours of my day.🫶🏻❤️it’s seriously a BLESSING having bosses that understand.🙏🏻

In the most respectfully way I’d rather be stressed getting work done knowing my baby is safe with me that anxious and not focusing cause I’m scared the entire shift that something is happening or daycares aren’t taking care of her properly, even worse these days, happened to my neice and nephew and my sister still puts them in daycare
