I’m going through all of this again, I’m 71 I’ve been through menopause however this all started up again with me beginning of this year but and getting worse. I really don’t understand what is happening to me . My gyno gave me pill for hot flashes but I only took them a month , even though they did help with the night sweats, I just feel I need answers to questions I’m not getting answered.. 🤷♀️
