HI!!! SOMEONE WHO DEALS WITH ADOPTIONS!!! this is so good for the system- yes it cost money to adopt specifically w parenting classes (required in most states) and a home study (they have to pay out of pocket) THEY ARE GETTING A CHILD OUT OF THE SYSTEM. i’m all for celebrities adopting kids out of the USA system.
