Millions of Americans are struggling to keep up with the rising cost of groceries, housing, healthcare, childcare… just everyday life. Meanwhile, Republicans in Congress and the White House seem far more interested in enriching themselves and protecting big corporations than making life more affordable for the people they were elected to serve. At a time when it feels like Americans can’t agree on anything, apparently this is one thing we overwhelmingly do.
