@deanna_art: Composition is such an important piece of your tattoo! Where a tattoo ends matters just as much as what’s in it. If all the flowers or leaves stop along the same straight line, the design can feel cut off or incomplete. I like to stagger those edges and use diagonals to keep your eye moving naturally through the piece. Sometimes shifting one flower slightly makes all the difference! Its also worth considering where you could add more later so everything continues to flow together.
