Bus bars are a huge improvement. Inverters want consistent voltage. Customer should have upgraded the batteries that have a BMS to eliminate the shunt and added more solar. However, well done on the clean up. It will now work as intended.

In my opinion being that and user, I don’t think they had enough panels on the roof for the amount of amp power of batteries
