I had a boss that basically told us, “if you come to me with a problem and no solution, it’s just complaining” like somehow it was our job to find the solution, I can give you ideas, but most of the time you don’t listen anyway.

I not paid to donor job but I do half of it . the day I stop you wil wonder why Al go to shit

that was me. did everything i was suppose to, told them every problem and question after questiom. but nothing ever got done. so i stopped. then that was a problem. so i opened my mouth again. and was fired. i am now a month without work and about to be homeless.
