when i was a kid my dad would wake me up on saturday morning to help him cut down trees. he would get up on a ladder with the chainsaw and i would stand below with a rope around the trunk, he would cut it and when he screamed run i would run as far as i could pulling the rope and the tree with me. i was probably 8 when it stated

Tall trees near any structure - house, fence, anything, need to some down in multiple, small pieces unable to strike anything around it. Tree removal not correctly done. Watched city crews take out branches near power line. Some pieces as small as 3 ft, til all removed safely.
