The soft, juicy apples, creamy cinnamon yogurt filling, and rich dark chocolate are such a delicious combination😋 More recipes in my Ebooks that have 265 healthy & easy recipes, link in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 this recipe makes about 6 servings: for the apples: 1 teaspoon butter 1 diced apple juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for the yogurt mixture: 3/4 cup fullfat Greek yogurt (180 ml) 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon vanilla paste/extract pinch of cinnamon for topping: 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate (100 g) 1 teaspoon coconut oil chopped pecans 1. Heat the butter in a small pan. Add the diced apple, lemon juice and cinnamon and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples have softened 2. Mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon together. Add half of the apples to the yogurt mixture and stir 3. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper 4. Top the dollops with the rest of the apples 5. Freeze for two hours 6. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil 7. Dip the bites in the chocolate (make sure they are fully covered with the chocolate) top with chopped pecans and enjoy! 8. You can store these in the fridge or freezer, if stored in the fridge, you’ll have soft & creamy bites. If stored in the freezer they are more like frozen yogurt and they’ll last longer, let them defrost for about 20 minutes before serving.
