Hi! Plantar fasciitis and heel sour girlie here. I just went to see a chiropractor/ soft tissue specialist today. He did shock therapy on me and created a plan for me. Please go see someone that can help you get to the root of the issue. Best decision I ever made

I been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for years and now I have developed heel spurs due to plantar fasciitis. I barely feel the fascia pain due to the heel spurs. Nothing work and I can barely walk now!

You know it. Oofos and Hokas for the win. I’ve had issues on and off for 35 years. My biggest tip is stretching the calves and feet while will laying in bed. Just reach the toes/foot as far back as you can and hold. Squeeze the toes in and out. Then get out of bed and slip onto your Oofos slides.

Strengthen your feet and legs, wearing cushion footwear will only temporarily reduce the pain and not actually fix the issue.

Love this series! I’ve been struggling for 2 years and my foot is finally getting better. I have a wedding coming up and I have no idea what kind of shoes to were. Any tips? I gave up heels and wedges when this nightmare started,

I just got a series of 3 steroid injections and it's the best thing I ever did. Oofos, icing it, NSAIDS, tennis balls, etc never helped 😩

This might be unpopular but My calves were so tight. I tried ice but what helped me was heat to loosen those muscles and then I would do the exercises. I would also do them in water like in my bath or a pool so that I didn’t put weight on it. But the heat helped me the most.

I got the sock sleeve with the extra cushion on the heel. It helped. Didn’t completely stop the pain but it’s more comfortable
