@toolstoday: Using a Variable Router Jig to route a precise pocket for this steel table leg in the back of a cherry tabletop. I set up blocks around the leg to account for the guide bushing offset, then used a 1/2" downcut bit to remove the majority of the material. Once the pocket was routed, the corner chisel made it quick and easy to square up the remaining corners for a clean fit.
