HOME. SERVER. Build one before it's too late and you're priced out. It doesn't have to be fancy, you can start with external hard drive as backup and work up from there. I finally invested in a NAS for my house its a game changer. These data centers were funded off of people and businesses not building their own in-house networks anymore.

Been many years since I worked on data recovery plans, but best practice used to include creating a backup of all data on a regular schedule and storing it in a remote storage facility that you could bring back if something like this ever happened.
