If it isn't Fibromyalgia, it is MCAS. If it isn't MCAS it's Chiari Malformation. If it isn't CM, it's Ehlers Danlos syndrome. If it isn't EDS .... I can keep going. I am like this all the time.

mine is all year around...N the medicine sucks ...It's hard to deal with physically n mentally...I recently had a heart Dissection as well and just barley dragging myself to do what I have too
