I did not know that I needed it phrase that way. I definitely already gave myself permission to be avoidant. But I prefer that label right now. I have stuff I have to get done and right now there’s only so much people can help me with lol

Thank you for this! I have this perfectionist mindset. My life has done a total 180 in a matter of months, I’m doing things I never could’ve done back then but every day I spend not ramping up the pace I feel I’m missing out or falling behind when rest is pivotal to keep momentum.
