When I was younger, I had a conversation with a minister. I told him I didn't like religion because they are all labeled. Why do we need to label religion when God is inside of all of us.

Kilikai :
When people seek out God, they will ask him to come “into” their life and to dwell in their hearts and life. So if God dwells “within” you and guides you then that’s where his kingdom will be found. “Within you”

The more I meditate on this, the more I wonder if “the kingdom is within you and outside you” is connected to reproduction itself. A man carries seed within him, gives it to the woman, the two become one flesh, and from what was within them comes new life outside of them. Maybe WE are the kingdom of God—not God living in some little room inside us, but His life continuing through us.

I go to church every week. Sometimes in church I feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, I’ll feel it when I’m in a small group of people talking about our experiences of guidance, but most of all, I feel it when I’m alone and self reflecting on my daily life. I feel the guidance within when it’s quiet.

I am having a hard time getting past the names of some of the books in the Bible being Western names such as Mathew, Mark, Luke, John, etc even the one mentioned here “Thomas”. Why these Western names when all these writings took place in the Middle East? Am I wrong for even asking this question??

I’m not really thinking you directly answered this question. I REALLY need an answer … do we still attend? Or just think all the knowledge is within us. I’m new to all of this and really want a direct answer please

does this change the message that the only way to heaven is through Jesus ? if he is with in us and we are doing our best to live to his words and asking forgiveness of sins. how does the whole dynamic change.

I am that I am…it didn’t take me long to realize that the Kingdom is within us. I innerstand that we are a living expression of source. Individuals carry the spark of source within us.

I stopped looking several yrs ago now. He is within us all. Also, stopped attending that building on sundays. As this awakening is happening, there are so many still sound asleep to all the deception within those buildings. Beautiful message🙏🏼❤️

So were the writings of Thomas wrong when he wrote that the Kingdom of God was both inside of us and around us?
