Nah this ain’t it champ. Macklemore has always been a stand up guy and has advocated for multiple causes not just Palestine dating back well over decade and I don’t even listen to his music but his track record is there. Is he only supposed to be respected if he’s broke? He has a platform and a stage and is willing to take a risk at the sake of his career. He’s doing and saying more then most and shout out to Ms Rachel bc she’s ALSO standing on business but this constant search for the moral purity and trying to splinter an already fractured country into even smaller groups is exactly why these billionaires are allowed to be be bullies bc if we collectively stood and said NAH we would be in a much better position but instead we’re just doing this dumb 💩 for internet points.

what's wrong with you. your hating on "performative activism" from somebody who has been vocal, whi has been helping, who has an actual platform and is using it properly to highlight real problems in the world. yes it's better if you actually care but even speaking in these issues with a platform like Macklemore.
