I gave a speech on this years ago and my research (and I’m not formally educated) is that it was also about a lack of hospitality to the angels (along with rape/lack of consent). Not about homosexuality.

that's what I've been sayinggg. they were sexually depraved and were just... evil. Lot even offered his daughters and they would not take it. They wanted the Angels because of what they were.
