tbh every woman I know was diagnosed with this, was worried about her fertility and not her life too... some women really do value their functioning wombs more than their life

Pretty sure I have it, for years I’ve had all the systems especially in my legs I’ve screamed my house done they just offered the pill and then said I can’t have it cause of cancer, and now I’m still struggling.

I was single at 20 in college and suffering and my OBGYN at the time said you should consider getting pregnant. I said I am not stupid enough to do that. Found an endo specialist who told me quality of life is #1 and will be giving me a hysto when I am ready for it.

agreed!!! so much of society still treats a woman’s ability to bear children as the ultimate measure of her value. it can overshadow the fact that each woman is a whole person with distinct dreams, priorities, and definitions of a fulfilling life. it’s THAT deep.
