these gulf rulers who rule over the muslims in those lands are clearly not muslim why? because they fight and kill the muslims over territory and land and power etc which is a flagrant violation of islamic law which is derived from the Quran and sunnah but these rulers don't believe in that they believe in the U.N charter instead as they have said on many occasions themselves the solution to this is they need to be removed by the people they rule
