@stephsimons: Love that cabbage is getting its moment but I’ve been making it for many years! So good and easy to make. Ground meat ( I do beef and pork blend) Onions and green pepper Full head of cabbage Soy sauce Ginger based dressing - NO broth or Worcestershire- Using the blackstone or griddle cooking gives it a different texture and is quicker than a lot of the recipes I’ve seen on here.
