I read this book in school and it was about people donating parts and how those people still live through those body parts they once had. N how it affects the patients many say they feel like another person or personality controls that function or is still there n some way.

My brother donated his eyes and I can’t remember what else, and then we also cremated him. There’s a little girl who literally can see now because of him.. he had the bluest eyes

As a wife of a liver transplant recipient this made me cry because the love we have for our gift is undescribable for the family members that loss their loved one I just wish the secret of the family’s wasn’t so private cause I would have loved to talked to the family that changed our lives forever everyday our life Cindy lives on in my husband and believe they aren’t forgotten and they are saviors in our families as well as their families may god bless you all ❤️
