We had a lady like this come in. We had no men working in the shop, at all, ever. We were happy to close the blinds even. After service, she asked if our boss was a man, we said yes but he’s never here. She asked if he has access to the cameras, we said yes, and you would have thought we had stolen her puppy. Oh. My. God. Worst experience ever.
