If the sea levels were rising, banks and real estate developers wouldn't be putting billions on beach properties 😏

Notice you have to use pictures of a house way up above the sea to make your point. Because all the ones down by the water in 1929 have been destroyed because of rising sea levels

Sea has tides. The difference between the highest tide level and the lowest in a year can be a freaking km in some places. So this isn’t the Gutcha moment you are thinking.

This is towan beach’s “the island”. It seems to be very dependent on the tide so it’s not the best method to judge change in sea level. Here it is at high tide

That TikTok is honestly so fake because it totally ignores how crazy high and low tides are every day. Like, at Towan Beach in Cornwall, the water level moves up and down by 16 to 23 feet twice a day, so you can easily manipulate how it looks just by picking photos from different times of the day. Plus, official gauge data from the nearby observatory proves that sea levels there have actually risen by nearly 8 inches over the last century. You're just never going to see an 8-inch difference in a blurry, zoomed-out phone screenshot taken from a beach
here it is at high tides
