i close every night bruh. and the mornings i rarely open its literally just prepping things then sitting down. no cleaning nothing. CLOSERS RESTOCK AND HAVE OPENERS BE PREPARED AND READY TO GO.

Opening is harder but I like it because it’s busier makes the day go by faster however morning shift when they open can leave whenever they want they can leave early if they want. Closers don’t get that luxury

As a Starbucks barista, I try to do all my tasks done before the time so I don’t clock out late. But then customers love to show up last minute which leaves me less time to clean up
