I have mixed feelings about the ending I mean, like I really want him to have a fighting chance but the other half of me is that no one really survives in a resident evil video game I mean like he’s basically human away and I like they didn’t give them a plot device where he survived the whole infection because he’s immune to this virus , his fate is more grounded and realistic

I feel like if they wanted to keep the sad ending of him not surviving they should have let the scientists still stick him with the cure and find out he had a different strand of the disease. Instead of this rage bait ending we got.
