All right, let’s make it simple on tax dollars previously they got $50 a year on the property now they get $10 million a year on the same property. Yes it’s discounted but it doesn’t cost the taxpayers anything to collect 10 million a year and now let’s looks at a home they used to collect $10 a year now they collect $3000 a year. you use police, fire parks roads, etc. the city really doesn’t make anything off your $3000. The 10 million will lower everybody’s rates even if they’re saving the company another 10 million.
