I threw 300 real prompt-injection attacks from Microsoft's LLMail Inject dataset at Jev, a decision model. It can't write, call tools or send an email, so I expected it to hold. 106 got through. One sentence spelling out what a risky email looks like brought it down to 10 out of 300 on fresh attacks. You can still nudge a decision model, even though it can't take action.
