@elishaaharris: The solution is quite simple… (even tho hard) Under the surface… there are deeper answers for those who will LOOK AT IT! I chose to seek answers… not just about having same sex attraction but seeking to hear Gods voice, trust my intuition, feel whole, heal my wounded heart, felt a higher purpose .. and in healing the pain of everything deep within my heart… layers upon layers… I was freed from so many lies… So… if you want to be HEALED: look at it just like it says in scripture: Numbers 21:8–9 — God tells Moses to make a fiery serpent and place it on a pole. Anyone who had been bitten could look upon it and live. 1 Nephi 17:41 — Nephi says God “prepared a way that they might be healed,” and remarkably, “the labor which they had to perform was to look.” Yet some would not because the way seemed too simple. 2 Nephi 25:20 — Nephi again explains that those bitten by poisonous serpents could be healed if they would look toward the serpent Moses raised up. Alma 33:19–22 — Alma says, “whosoever would look upon it might live. And many did look and live.” He explains that others refused because “they did not believe that it would heal them.” Then he essentially asks: If you could be healed simply by looking, wouldn’t you look immediately? I chose to look. I’ve learned we always have a choice. Fear & unbelief usually prevents the path of looking… and instead choosing to find whatever temporality feels good and comfortable…. Relying on the flesh instead of seeking God and becoming a new creation through healing the deeper things & learning to trust the one who has a path for YOU to return to the presence of God & live abundantly!
