God's solution for sin (the problem Adam and Eve created, which has infected all mankind, which we all freely entertain, Romans 5:12), is His Son Jesus Christ, whom He gave for us (Romans 5:8). Jesus Christ died for our sins (John 3:16), whoever believes in their heart that: Jesus was crucified, buried, and rose on the 3rd day for their sins (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), shall be saved and have eternal life. Whoever rejects the Son and believes not in Him, shall receive their ways/ choice, the life of separation they wanted away from God for all eternity (John 3:36). The problem is real, and so is God's solution (believing in the Gospel of Jesus Christ found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4), there are no physical works you can do (Ephesians 2:8-9) to earn salvation, meaning being a good person and or doing something physically could never atone for your sin, there furthermore are not multiple paths to God, Jesus is the only way (John 14:6). You can't deny the existence of the problem, nor your need for the solution, there is no proof God doesn't exist, only suppression of the problem and of accountability (Romans 1:18-21 making it clear all are accountable). At death is when it's too late, simply enter into prayer and say “Lord Jesus I believe you died for my sins, were buried, and rose on the 3rd day from death”, if you are mute, believe this very thing within your heart and pray to Jesus from within. Faith alone in the Gospel of Jesus Christ saves you, we don't wait until we are a better person to then turn to God, we turn to Him because we know we are sinners. He did not come to call the righteous (already saved) to repentance/ a change of mind, He came to call sinners to repentance (a change of mind, Luke 5:32), and all men are commanded by God to said repentance (Acts 17:31)
