Prepare the brownie mix according to the box, substituting melted butter for the vegetable oil and milk for the water. 2. Mix 2 tbsp instant espresso powder with 2 tbsp water, then add it to the brownie batter. 3. Fold in some chopped Halloween Oreos. 4. Pour into a greased or lined baking pan and top with more Halloween Oreos. 5. Bake according to the brownie mix package directions, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. 6.
