Saw a mom with an infant in a stroller and a toddler walking beside her going into the store the other day. She was struggling to open the door to enter so I grabbed it and opened it for her so they could walk in easily. On her way in she looked at me and said “you know, I am perfectly capable of doing that myself.”

I have a great example!!! My girl and I were in Tennessee over Mother’s Day weekend this year. We drove there. I decided I was going to venture out and buy her some flowers for Mother’s Day. I went and bought her 50 pink rose bouquet while she stayed at her family members place (there was a party). When I came back with them she barely acted like she cared that I went and got them for her. She ended up leaving the bouquet at her family members house. When I asked why she left them there she responded with “who gets someone flowers when they’re out of town?” I’ll never get her flowers ever again
