We can now see who is flooding music streaming services with AI slop, which countries they’re from, what AI platforms they’re using and how they’re uploading. With almost twice as many men than women using Suno, R&B and Gospel being the most generated genres and 6 out of 10 AI songs presenting as ‘female personas’, is it too outlandish to presume that men are impersonating black women?
