Today is staging day !!!! I had the privilege of designing many homes for this incredible client, and one thing is for certain: every property we design and build together breaks sales records. Next up, and already one of my favorites: 90 Essex. This European-style manor blends classic architectural detailing with a modern edgetimeless, sophisticated, and thoughtfully designed from the ground up. @jordan_rosenberg_architect For me, it’s not only important that the design vision comes through in the home itself, but that the story is carried all the way through to the final presentation. That’s why 90 Essex was designed AND staged by @vda_designs . We only stage properties that we have designed, allowing us to complete the vision exactly as it was intended and showcase every detail at its absolute best. Now it’s time to unveil this beauty. 90 Essex Designed + Staged by VDA. More to come… builder @romanabuilders @kevinyee10 @jason_pierce_njproper_ @njproperteam @rich_orlando_njproper_ studies have shown when you’re staging a home, as much as you may want to make it editorial, it’s critical to understand the difference between designing for a specific client and designing for an unknown buyer. You can absolutely bring personality, edge and thoughtful detailing into the space, but you also have to know your audience. Not every buyer understands a style that is overly curated, layered or cutting edge, and getting too creative can actually create a disconnect when there isn’t a homeowner behind the story. Staging needs to feel somewhat neutral and approachable, but neutral doesn’t have to mean boring. I like to keep things monochromatic, sophisticated and cohesive, then add just enough of a twist to make the home memorable. The goal is to showcase the architecture, create an emotional connection and allow a wide demographic of buyers to walk in and envision themselves living there.Good staging shouldn’t overpower the home it should help sell it.
