Me (an OCD therapist): I believe, based on your symptoms, that you’d meet criteria for an OCD diagnosis. Client (next session): I was thinking about it and I’m worried I exaggerated explaining my symptoms so that you would think it’s OCD when it’s probably just that I’m a bad person or it’s schizophrenia. Me: well that just sealed the deal. OCD it is. 😂🥰
