Suggestion Try growing watercress in one. Plant some from the supermarket I used a floating planter but I couldn’t eat it fast enough 😂

ive got something similar except the water runs over small gravel and comes out as a water fall, I used to have plants but I think mines to narrow and the roots would quickly block it so I put the water fall in the middle and have the plants on the opposite side of the water fall to still absorb so nitrates. yours look waaayyy nicer than mine!

would you not need to set your inlet and outlet higher as water looks like it will pass through without touching the plants , loving the idea with the baskets 👌👍

The roots will come out of the basket and plug the outlet. 1 pant growing well will block the outlet

all I would suggest is add a length of pipe as support under the pots to ensure you always have flow under them.
