No one’s gonna support these businesses outside the TL until people feel safe enough to walk there. Every other part of the city, residents will freely take muni/walk to businesses they wanna support. But in the TL? I gotta avoid drug users, people sleeping on the sidewalks and the amount of dirt/trash/unleaded dogs…..naw. I feel for these businesses but get the streets clean and safe again so that people don’t have to avoid certain streets or areas.
