Because of politics people will think the boy is not making sense. But the truth is if you are not able to pay for the first year then you are not getting admission, meaning government can’t refund your money. Which is only does who can afford will be able to continue their tertiary education

I don’t know how some of you think ooo, the policy is not something you should rely on expecting that if they didn’t pay ur fees it means you won’t go to school, the policy was made to waive some financial stress from you. If you are asking for the full 4yrs why didn’t you go for scholarship. Free education is a gradual process, if one government waive one year, maybe another one will waive the second year in that other. Some of you are just partisans.

But the fact is that not everyone who has been given admission will go to school. some people take different opportunities even after being given admission so if they are to pay for everyone who receive admission letters, they will end up paying for some people who may not go to school again so if you make payment it then shows that you actually a student there
