@startabusinesswithme: Replying to @#Esquire this is how I approach writing on Substack… As much as possible I keep it as simple as possible. It starts with knowing exactly who the reader is, what their problems are and keeping them at the centre of everything. From there I make a huge idea bank and then I voicenote a whole load of thoughts to myself to create a framework. From there I write whenever I can, mainly from my phone and I don’t edit until the very end. I have so many ideas because I know my subject so well and I have so many thoughts to share which makes posting 2-3+ a week easier. If you want to start a substack and you are going to take it seriously, I wrote a whole book including all my systems for starting, growing and monetising a substack in less than 5 hours a week.
