My understanding is that the stadium takes up 11% of the land, so *to a degree*, Commanders pay for the *stadium* and the city is investing in developing the other Santana Moss of the land with the stadium being the catalyst and main attraction to brining the people and businesses to that area. Of course there are ways to argue that this is a bad deal for the city but I think it’s fair to view this as more than just focusing on the stadium alone, which many people do in either bad faith or just out of unawareness. To be clear, I’m not accusing this TikTok of doing that. He laid it out well.
