You're not cleared until at least November. This came from Bruce and Paul." Hayes said the timeline came from WWE's medical staff. Paul then met with Dr. Jeffrey Dugas, WWE's associate medical director, and Paul Levesque. The doctor told him he is ready from the neck up but the elbow is not, and that the risk of returning early outweighs the benefit.
