I actually think it depends which way you look at it .I completely agree , wear the makeup, wear the sexy gym outfit, whatever makes you feel confident! Oner was actually the brand that gave me the confidence to wear shorts to the gym for the first time and now I’m obsessed. But when I talk about going to the gym without makeup, I’m coming at it from a skin doctor point of view. I see so many women with acne, rosacea, pigmentation etc. who feel like they HAVE to cover their skin. I just want them to feel confident in their own skin too, without feeling they need to hide it. Basically… makeup because you want to, not because you feel like you have to.

My take on is that the people that judge don’t train hard enough, what do you mean you have time to watch and judge someone?? Get on with your training ! 😅 I realise the baddies with the best bodies walk around dolled up. And yep that’s so weird that it triggers people, like they want to get extra points for not wearing makeup 😅
