@conniesweets: Easy Creamy Boursin Pasta This is one of the easiest pasta dishes you’ll ever make! Creamy, garlicky, cheesy, and loaded with fresh basil and tomatoes. Perfect for a quick dinner and so darn good! Ingredients • 6–8 cups water • 1 tbsp salt • 12 oz pasta • 1 cup reserved pasta water • 1 (5.3 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese • 6–8 fresh basil leaves, chopped • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved • 2 tbsp olive oil • 3–4 garlic cloves, crushed Directions Bring the water and salt to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to the package directions. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook just until fragrant. Add the Boursin cheese, reserved pasta water, and Parmesan. Stir until melted, smooth, and creamy. Add half of the chopped basil and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and toss until completely coated in the sauce. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Finish with the remaining fresh basil and a little extra Parmesan. Serve immediately and enjoy! Creamy, cheesy, garlicky perfection! #fyp #fypシ #viral #pasta #dinner
