This isn’t true. It’s actually worse for your gearbox. Constantly shifting to N causes more wear when engaging and disengaging the clutch. If you’re stopped for a while put it in P to prevent fluid overheating

Old wives tale, on a dsg look up the difference in ODIS it's the same, wheather in gear on autobrake or neutral.

If your foot’s firmly on the brake you can feel the clutches disengage and the revs drop you don’t need to do this lol

Don't take advice from Tiktok, I've been driving automatics for over 20 years and have never put it into Neutral at the lights. Modern cars have been designed to handle start stop more efficiently than old cars.
