Basically, for the last two weeks, all I have done is been with myself. With mother nature grounding and strengthening my foundation, getting back in touch with how to intertwine, so everybody else around in the circle becomes stronger as well. And if the chain is broken, well, then there's no circle, you gotta keep it tight. I'd love to expand it like. I always did expand it big. But then there comes a chance of a virus coming into wipe out half the group at times so my thought would be building up groups to a certain point. Don't know that number at the moment. And then just break them down into a group, don't get it out of control, where you got 50 or a 100 people. Maybe 10 with 10, and you can really communicate back-and-forth and get something out of it more. On a 1 on 1, instead of one on a big group, I don't know lots of ideas. Just things I throw out when the trees are singing to me with the wind flying through their hair. Give me that photosynthesis, baby Cos, doctor sunshine's here. You gotta let it out rayys. like I said, most people cannot do it. In the healing process is not an easy one to be able to take yourself as I've had to and break it down. Let go. The ego is the biggest part for anyone in the world. I had an ego up to about maybe 22 and that was about the end of it. I had been through note all through my life. And then after high school being approached for many things, CL Seahawks, whatever, and I just blew them off, I'm not a football player. My head went out for him and they loved it, and I says, I'm not a football player, but I love your sports medicine, doctor and he's the one that performed my lower back surgery on me. And he said, if you're lucky and you take care of that, ha ha, that'll last you 15 years. Well, I went three times that almost knock on wood
