People don’t like the new halo (in my opinion) because it’s no longer just. I go kill aliens trying to hurt people. But it’s now starting to show the human side of Spartans. Don’t forget they at least in the beginning are KIDNAPPED CHILDREN! They are literally made to just be walking weapons. So when they’re starting to question what they are it’s the same thing we go through. Most AI in halo are just computer generated, but Cortana is Dr Halsey’s brain. So it’s two human brains working together.
