can we donate the building material to homes for homeless? there's 96 kitchen.. 96 bathrooms 96 front doors 96 sets of windows! And Im sure u can rescue all materials for smaller units!! I would manage this myself!!! what a difference that could make!

what happens to the condo owners? where i live a building is sinking and they keep raising the condo fees to the point some had to declare bankruptcy due to contractual obligations

They need to look at the inspectors who signed off on this building. No way a high-rise in Canada should have ever been this bad. Gotta be some bribes going on.

I pulled out a tenants car at his request when I worked as a towtruck driver, I can’t remember all of the details but I do believe the bottom concrete slab is half as thick as it should be, meaning it wasn’t up to code for the size and weight of the building

Silly even so the buildings beside it were built with the 2012 building code and are fine . He used his companies old details and were one building code behind on seismic
