hey, co-founder of the brand that sent you this 👋 totally get it... we gifted a pretty small group of creators (~100) but went a little wilder than we normally would to celebrate a big milestone. With all our PR boxes we make a lot of behind the scenes decisions to try and minimize their impact, for example, using paperboard instead of foam or plastic inserts so you can easily recycle it with your cardboard, and having everything made locally within ~50 miles of our fulfillment center vs overseas to reduce emissions impact. But at the end of the day, that doesn’t negate the waste involved here, and we genuinely appreciate the honest feedback. We take that seriously and it will help inform how we build future mailers.
