I think the only thing you got “wrong” was saying it’s the most popular - maybe the most traditional, but people don’t tend to have this much if at all but it would be Irish as such. Like it would have been hilarious if you made a chicken fillet roll or a spice bag 😂 The stew looks lovely tho!
