the coach is wrong, a player complained to you that this is what is going on so talk to the person doing that so every works out successfully for them on the pitch, you the coach punished him for telling you what is happening. what you have made him learn is that when he see something go wrong he should keep quiet or turn a blind eye to it. but some of you are here saying he is not disciplined for calling the coach to correct things, how wrong you all are.

I dont know much about football and I don't know the rules in it ,some are saying he is not disciplined, and others are saying he's disrespectful. When he had a problem with his mate ,he came to make awareness to his coach instead of taking matters into his own hands. The emotions of the players have to be groomed instead of taking hasty decisions. Sacking him from the field, has somehow created resentment. It didn't solve the problem it created.
