building a stadium can't be equited with building infrastructure. before 2013, how many level five hospital we'd? look about the SGR, how much its generating can it be compared to that Talanta stadium? look about the coast roads link, Changamwe interchange, dongo Kundu bypass look about the Nairobi by passes, who built them? how much have they opened the economy running compared to beautifying a sewage in the name of rehabilitation while spending millions. besides Mau summit, show a complete economic tangible project Ruto is doing, if it's affordable housing it began with Uhuru and no levy was effected. look about health, and education can you compare the state of those two ministries when Uhuru was a president to Ruto? imagine moving from a bad to worse situation. and to sum up, tell us what's the gap of depth to length of period service both have; for Uhuru was around 6.2 trillion while Ruto in four years already has opened the gap with 4.5 trillion, now the question is where is this money he is borrowing going?
